Improving Primary Care for People with Spinal Cord Injury and other Physical Disabilities in Ontario

In this session, experts in spinal cord injury will discuss health care barriers faced by people with spinal cord injury and other physical disabilities in Ontario, and explore support and resources available to family doctors in Ontario to improve access to primary care for patients.
